The Umbrella Project Presents

We’re taking The Sun Tavern, Discount Suit Company and Umbrella Brewing on the road for a whole year of scheduled events – one per month in a different city, at our favourite bars around the world. January saw us take over Electric House in Notting Hill, for February we hit up Bristol’s Filthy XIII and for March we went stateside for Seattle Cocktail Week at Stampede Cocktail Club with a suitcase full of Ginger Beer.

Joining us for each event will be two of our bartenders showcasing a menu of five cocktails including Dew Dropper – Gin, Italian Vermouth, Manzanilla Sherry, Green Melon, Hibiscus Mead, Agave; Three Tides – Rum, Agricole Rhum, Amaro, Citrus, Salted Mead Syrup; Doodle Bug – Bourbon, Ruby Grapefruit Aperitif, Palo Cortado, Chestnut and our signature Beer and a Bump.

Never one to miss a party – the soundtrack will be provided by Umbrella Radio DJ, John Robinson, who’ll be jumping on the decks at each takeover and bringing a little of Discount Suit Company’s Funk ’n’ Soul and The Sun Tavern’s Rock ’n’ Roll to keep the vibes high ’til late.
