A 5 strong Slane Irish Whiskey cocktail menu includes a White Russian (Coffee – Milk Washed Slane Irish Whiskey – Miso), the Shamrock Gimlet (Slane Irish Whiskey – Wood Sorrel – White Wine) and a twist on The Sun Tavern’s own Irish Coffee (Slane Irish Whiskey – Salted Coffee – Baileys Cream).

Noel and Max will be on the bar from 6pm – 9pm with oysters from Oyster Boy, Guinness on tap, a live Irish trad band during the day and guest DJ Drew McConnell to liven things up come sunset. Doors will be open from 12pm – 1am giving ample time to enjoy the frivolities.
